At Scott's Grapes & Berries Co., we've done our best to create a Web site that anticipates and satisfies our customers' needs. CUSTOMER SERVICE If I am a new grape or berry grower, how much help can you provide? Scott’s Grapes & Berries will provide you with ‘Fact Sheets’ that explain every step.
SALES When do you provide sales service? Really, we are almost always here at the farm. Cuttings need to be ordered ahead of time, that is prior to December for same time shipping or pickup at the farm. ‘First Year’ rooted plants need to be ordered prior to December for pickup in the following spring. Second year rooted plants are available from spring through to autumn, but only for pickup at the farm.
SUPPORT What type of support do you offer? We can provide you with ‘Fact Sheets’ and ISO styled SOP’s, that is, International Standards Organization type Standard Operating Procedures. We maintain a wealth of data for most of the plant stock we sell and ‘may’ provide or link you with onsite consulting.
BILLING How do I pay?] All orders for cuttings and ‘First Year’ plant stock require 50% of the monies paid when the order is placed. The balance is paid when the order is collected. Two Year old plant stock is available based on supply. All sales are cash, personal or business cheque.
PRODUCT / SERVICE SPECIFIC If you don’t have the product I need, are you willing to source it for me? Absolutely! We will do our best to provide ‘Added Value Service’.
